This email was part of the promotions written and designed for the 2012 AMS Conference which was held in Deer Valley, Utah (just up the mountain from Park City). The creative team (myself, Dan Plant, web developer and Robin Medve, production manager) won a 2012 Silver Communicator Award for the campaign.
