Three Graces, 12 x 18, dry pastel, 2006

This was inspired by many of the “Three Graces,” sculptures and images created to depict the famous Greek – and later Roman – trio of goddesses. However, when my sister saw it, she called it “Joelyn, light and dark.” Hmmm.
